Subaru Tourer, anyone?

When I was reviewing websites, looking for a good topic to write about, I had every intention of doing something different—perhaps a part review, or a new car accessory announcement. Just not another new car preview. But, when I saw this car on the NY Times website, I couldn’t resist. So, bare with me as I show the highlights of one more new car, but next week, I promise to bring you some exciting new information about parts and accessories, deal?
The new Subaru Hybrid Tourer design definitely caught my eye. It features gull-wing doors that emphasize its spacious interior. Its 4 independent seats give the occupants open space. And, a flat floor design allows increased leg room for rear seat passengers. The Tourer will be powered by a 2.0-liter horizontally opposed direct fuel-injection turbo gasoline engine that improves fuel efficiency and reduces emission. Subaru announced that the Tourer will launch in 2012.
